"Growing the practice of looking back to move forward."

 

애자일Agile에서 말하는 '회고Retrospective'는 반복적이고 점진적인 개발에서 매우 중요한 역할을 합니다. 매 프로젝트가 끝나면 회고를 열고, 다음 프로젝트를 위해 프로세스를 개선할 수 있는 방법을 찾는 것이죠.

 

그러나 우리는 회고에 앞서 회고가 무엇이며(what), 왜 해야하는지(why) 그 당위성에 대해 공감해야 합니다. 그리고 실제로 단위 조직에서 회고를 어떻게 활용하고 있는지(how & best practice) 알아보려고 합니다. 그리고 나서 여러분의 회사는, 조직은, 개인은 어떠한 1년을 보냈는지 소소한 경험(your practice)도 나눠보려고 합니다.


이상한모임 연말정산 '회고' 컨퍼런스를 통해 스스로 성장할 수 있는 방법을 알아냈으면 좋겠습니다. 올해를 정리 안하면, 내년은 준비할 수 없으니까요.
